Mason Fischer

Mason Fischer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 19 years. Mason is currently the Owner and CEO of SMART Technology Ventures Inc. In this role, they oversee the daily sales activities and strategies for two of the company's ventures, SMARTSolutions and SMARTFiber.

Before their current position, Mason served as the Vice President of Sales and Services at SMART Technology Ventures Inc., where they developed and implemented strategic goals for organizational sales and marketing objectives. Mason also met with major clients, drew up sales proposals, and designed new sales strategies.

Prior to that, Mason was the Director of Field Operations at Digital Reception Services, Inc., responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the field management team and technicians across multiple locations in Florida.

Mason also held the position of Director of Operations at Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., where they focused on process improvement, inventory control, and business development. During their time there, Mason helped consolidate multiple facilities to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Furthermore, Mason served as the Branch Manager at Dow Electronics, overseeing customer service, sales, facility operations, and inventory management in the Atlanta market. Mason had a significant number of customers and was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Mason's career began as an Account Manager at Yellow Book USA Publishing, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding the advertiser base and optimizing advertising strategies. Mason actively sought new advertisers and worked to increase their return on investment through expanded market reach.

Throughout their career, Mason has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and sales skills. Mason has a proven track record of achieving organizational goals and driving business growth.
