Michelle Kaufman

Michelle Kaufman is an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager at Smart Trip Europe since July 2017, where multiple promotions were achieved due to exceeding sales and management expectations. Kaufman oversees hiring, training, and scheduling for staff, manages sales teams in Rome and Florence, and serves as the head of customer service and social media.
