Mai El-Adawy

Mai El-Adawy is a seasoned professional in community management and business development, currently serving as the Senior Manager at Smart Villages Development & Management Company since November 2021. Previously, Mai held the position of Head of CRM at The Waterway Developments and served as Customer Care Manager at Misr Italia Properties. During a lengthy tenure at Emaar Misr, Mai progressed through various roles, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive within the Property Handover and Customer Care Departments, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
