Scott Grygla

Scott Grygla has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing & distribution, financial services, energy, retail, & technology. Scott is currently the Vice President of Operations at Smart Vision Works Inc., a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Head of ERM and Operational Excellence at Vivint Smart Home from 2013 to 2020, where they led a customer move transformation project that increased revenues by $6M annually and reduced move service costs by $4.2M. Before Vivint, Scott was a Process Improvement Manager at Protiviti from 2007 to 2013. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, they have executed various six sigma, Kaizan, and DFLSS projects to help companies identify and eliminate waste, institute long-term solutions, and monitor performance.

Scott Grygla attended Maple Grove Sr. High, followed by Brigham Young University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business. In 2012, they received a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Acuity Institute. In 2013, they received a Certification in Risk Management Assurance from IIA (The Institute of Internal Auditors) Sweden. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. In 2017, they received a Lean Professional from Acuity Institute.
