Haylee Kelley

Haylee Kelley serves as the Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Smart Warehousing since November 2021. Previously, Haylee accumulated extensive experience at Hallmark Cards from July 2004 to November 2021, holding various HR leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources and HR Director across multiple functions. Earlier career experiences include recruitment and contract management at Plaza Personnel, LTD, and a telecommuting contract position with Human Resources Partnership, focusing on reference checks. Additionally, Haylee worked as Area Human Resources Manager at Wards, overseeing HR specialists in the Kansas City and Denver areas. Haylee earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
