Mark Wu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and systems administration. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Consultant at Smart WFM since October 2019, Mark has previously held positions such as Application Analyst for Kronos at ISS Facility Services Australia and Kronos Administrator at ISS Facility Services A/S. Mark's career began at Bank of Communications Limited as a Credit Analyst and has included roles as a System Administrator and Group Payroll Administrator. Mark holds a Master of Accounting and Finance from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of International Trades and Economics from Renmin University of China.
