Prior to this role, George held various positions at Nestlé from May 2012 to June 2019, including Production Improvement Engineer, Production Supervisor/Shift Leader, and Junior Product Development Technologist. George earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Universitatea de Științe Agricole și Medicină Veterinară a Banatului din Timișoara in 2012, following a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from the same institution in 2010.
