Fahima Hyder

Fahima Hyder is an experienced data engineer currently working at SmartAsset since September 2021, following a role as a software engineer and database analyst at SuperData Research from January 2020 to May 2021. At SuperData Research, Fahima parallelized and optimized functions to enhance the efficiency of monthly deliverables, revamped database permissioning across multiple servers using Python, and built automated data pipelines. Fahima also contributed to the architecture and design of the flagship product, Arcade, and provided insights into gamer behavior through data manipulation. With a background in Political Science and Government from the University at Albany and specialized training in Data Science from Flatiron School, Fahima also took on a mentorship role for junior engineers to foster skill development within the team.
