Trent Poltronetti has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales. Trent has held various leadership positions in different companies.

From 1993 to 1997, Poltronetti worked at ARM, where they started as a Marketing Manager and helped establish ARM as a well-known brand in the electronics industry. Trent built a successful in-house marketing communications team and executed effective communication strategies, leading to a successful IPO.

In 1997, Poltronetti became the Sales Manager for Network Computing and Internet Appliances at ARM, where they worked with semiconductor licensees to win designs with clients such as NCI, Wyse, RCA/Thomson, Diba, and Teknema. Trent then became the Sales Manager for Development Tools in 1998, doubling US sales in a year through various marketing and sales strategies.

From 1999 to 2004, Poltronetti worked at Synchronicity Inc as the Corporate Communications Manager and later as the Marketing Director. Trent significantly raised awareness of the company through media coverage, web hits, and search engine placement. Trent also accelerated the sales cycle by rebranding and repackaging product lines, creating effective selling tools, and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
