Justin Cole

Justin Cole has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin currently holds multiple roles at SmartBase Solutions including Chief Information Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Partner. As Chief Information Officer, they are responsible for overseeing technology operations, security, and compliance. Justin also collaborates with the Leadership Team to set company goals and objectives. Prior to their current position, Justin served as the Director of IT Operations at SmartBase Solutions, where they managed technical operations, security, and compliance. Justin played a crucial role in transforming the development and IaaS hosting teams, as well as establishing effective coordination between account and technical teams. Before joining SmartBase Solutions, Justin worked at Delaget as the Manager of IT Operations and the Manager of Data Collection Operations. In these roles, they focused on server infrastructure, security, data collection, and technical support. Justin also gained experience as a Level 2 IT Technician, monitoring and processing data for restaurant systems. Earlier in their career, they worked at Marvin Windows and Doors and Border Foods. At Border Foods, they progressed from a Crew Member to an Assistant General Manager. Justin's work experience began at Honeywell as a Database Operator, where they handled data entry and information recovery.

Justin Cole attended Academy College from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained an AAS degree in Computer Animation. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended The Art Institutes International-Minnesota, though it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution. Justin completed their high school education at Warroad High School from 1994 to 1998.

Justin Cole also has additional certifications. In March 2017, they obtained the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification from Microsoft. In September 2016, they obtained the MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification, also from Microsoft. In November 2012, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
