Lisa Nguyen

Lisa Nguyen is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership and business development. As the Founder and CEO of Smart Bean Inc since August 2018, Lisa has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and growth. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at QBI, LLC from October 2015 to February 2017, and founding Payroll Ready, where Lisa held the position of CEO from September 2005 to October 2015. Previously, Lisa was the Regional Sales Director at ADP from September 2000 to September 2005 and began a career as a Marketing Analyst at The Rushmore Group from July 1999 to August 2000. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, obtained in 1999.
