Joe Tong

Joe Tong is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global partnerships and channel management. Currently serving as the SVP of Global Partnerships at SmartBear since September 2025, Joe has a proven track record of enhancing partner growth across various channels. Previously, Joe held senior roles at Keyfactor, including SVP of Global Channel and VP of Global Channel Programs, and contributed significantly to Atlassian as the Head of US Commercial Channel, leading a team that achieved $385M in channel business in 2021. Joe's career also includes leadership positions at First Data Corporation, Alfresco, Agilysys, JBoss, and KMA, focusing on partner marketing, channel recruitment, and growth strategies. Joe holds a degree from the University of Arizona, completed in 1994.
