Claudia Amendt

Claudia Amendt, PCC, CPCC, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior Director, HR at SmartBiz since July 2022. With a solid background in HR leadership, Claudia held managerial roles at notable companies including Carta, where responsibilities included shaping people strategies, and Wiley, where Claudia supported a large workforce and developed HR programs. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at GlassPoint Solar, Human Resources Manager at Bayshore Global Management, and various HR roles at Bay Microsystems, YesVideo, BMC Software, and Willis. Claudia holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a Minor in Business Administration from San Jose State University and an A.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from De Anza College.
