Patricia Mirando

Patricia Mirando has a strong background in customer success and lending operations. Patricia is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success at SmartBiz since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Success at OakNorth from July 2020 to June 2022. Patricia also has experience in lending operations, having held the positions of Senior Manager of Lending Operations and Lending Manager at SmartBiz Loans from December 2017 to July 2020 and from January 2016 to December 2017, respectively. Additionally, they worked as a Relationship Manager at SmartBiz Loans from November 2014 to January 2016. Before entering the finance industry, Patricia gained experience as a Jesuit Volunteer at Saint Ignatius High School's Arrupe Neighborhood Partnership from August 2013 to August 2014. Patricia also served as an Intern at Fairmount Community Development Corporation from January 2013 to June 2013.

Patricia Mirando attended Villanova University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance.
