Fabio Spagnuolo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and retail management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Party City since July 2018, Fabio previously held the role of Regional Co-Owner at Pepperidge Farm from 2017 to 2024, where responsibilities included developing strategies for business results and optimizing distribution. Earlier in their career, Fabio excelled as District Manager for Staples from June 2008 to June 2018, overseeing 18 stores across New York and New Jersey, generating over $100 million in sales while fostering a culture of customer engagement and operational excellence. Fabio began their tenure at Staples as General Manager from June 2002 to April 2008, transforming an underperforming store into one of the top three in the company.
