Arina Shamashova

Arina Shamashova's work experience includes roles in different companies. From June 2018 to May 2020, they worked as an intern in the Sales Department at AMKODOR, a managing company in the holding group. From April 2021 to May 2022, they worked as an HR Manager at Brain Shells, where they were responsible for closing various vacancies in digital, IR, IT, and sales departments, as well as other positions. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at SmartBrain, where their responsibilities involve project management, account management, and recruitment, as well as business communication with clients and partners.

Arina Shamashova completed their Bachelor's degree in International Management from the Belarusian State Technological University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Later on, they pursued their studies at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 2020 to 2022, specializing in Procedural-Oriented Programming. In 2021 and 2022, Arina also undertook an online education program at OTUS, focusing on IT recruitment.
