Previously, Damon served as the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Creative at Gilbreath Communications, managing and mentoring teams to produce award-winning work for clients. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Missouri State University, Damon has honed their skills in brand development, graphic design, and creative strategy.
