Steven then interned at Columbia Records before joining Shapiro Bernstein as an A&R from 2012 to 2014. Steven also worked as an independent manager during the same period, serving as a songwriter/producer manager. In 2014, they joined Pulse Music Group and held various roles, including A&R Coordinator, Creative Director, Senior Creative Director, and currently, the Vice President of Creative.
