Dawn Moore

Dawn Moore is an experienced leader in practice and regional management with a strong background in operations, recruitment, and financial oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Practice Operations at SmartCareMD Practice Management since February 2015, Dawn is responsible for staff recruitment and training, business development, budgeting, and community representation. Concurrently, Dawn holds the role of Regional Manager at Graybill Medical Group, where similar responsibilities are executed across the organization, including inventory management and employee performance evaluations. Previous experiences include development roles at Mending Kids, managing marketing campaigns for fundraising initiatives, and extensive management in orthopedic departments and surgery facilities, where Dawn excelled in policy implementation, financial management, and team leadership.
