Eva Millet possesses extensive experience in financial analysis and asset management within the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Financial Analyst at SmartCentres REIT since October 2023, Eva previously held the position of Associate in Consulting & Valuation at HVS from May to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Investment & Asset Management Analyst for Louvre Hotels Group, the second largest hotel group in Europe, from September 2021 to September 2022, and as an Asset Manager at Schroders from September 2020 to March 2021. Eva's educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance specialized in real estate from Université Paris Nanterre, along with multiple degrees in Hotel Management from esteemed institutions such as FERRANDI Paris, ESCP Business School, and Vatel France, complemented by a Baccalauréat in Économie from Lycée Claude Bernard.
