Susan Johnson, MBA, MPM, CIPM has an extensive work experience. Susan is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at SmartCty Technologies, leading the company's efforts to provide smart traffic analytics and reduce traffic congestion. Susan is also the Chairman of the Board at GreyScan Detection, a company specializing in high sensitivity explosive trace detection.

Prior to these roles, Johnson was the CEO and Chairman of the Board at TrafficLand, a position they held since 2019. Susan was also a Board Member and part owner of AUTISM SUPPORT NOW, LLC, where they contributed to increasing the number of clients served, expanding clinic locations, and quadrupling revenue.

Johnson's earlier experience includes working as the Managing Principal at The Ashcroft Group LLC, providing consulting services in organizational change management and business development. Susan was also the Chief of Staff for Management at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, overseeing core business functions and managing a significant budget.

Before that, Johnson served as the Senior Advisor to the Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, where they played a crucial role in budget development and departmental reorganization after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Susan'swork in the Department of Justice earned their the Attorney General's Award for Outstanding Management.

Susan'scareer began at the U.S. Senate, where they worked as the Research Director and Office Manager. Johnson's credentials include an MBA, Master Project Manager (MPM) certification, and Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) certification.

Susan Johnson earned their Bachelor of Arts in Business from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Susan then continued their education at Regent University, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Public Policy (MPP) degrees from 1996 to 1999. In 2012, Susan obtained certifications as a Master Project Manager and a Certified International Project Manager from the American Academy of Project Management.
