Nikhil Pingulkar has a wealth of experience in sales, customer success, project management, and database operations. With an educational background in Commerce, Nikhil has held various key positions at SMARTe Inc., including Associate Director of Sales, Customer Success Manager, Team Lead for Database Management, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager. In these roles, Nikhil has been instrumental in client communication, driving sales opportunities, managing project deliverables, and contributing to strategic discussions. Prior to SMARTe, Nikhil has worked at E funds and Lester Inc as a Customer Service Executive, where Nikhil was involved in renewing subscriptions, conducting surveys, and training new agents.
