Graciosa Pitrez

Graciosa Pitrez is a legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Smartenergy since September 2021. Previously held senior legal roles at Efacec and Senvion Portugal, with a foundational career as an Advogada in private practice, specializing in commercial and corporate law, contracts, obligations, administrative law, family law, notarial law, and criminal law. Graciosa also led the legal department at PROEF SGPS, S.A., providing support to several companies in engineering, energy, and telecommunications. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Energy Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a management degree from Católica Porto Business School, supplemented by an E-Course in Renewable Energy Law from NOVA School of Law.
