Viktoria Födermayr

Viktoria Födermayr has a diverse work experience. Viktoria started their career at Smarter Ecommerce (smec) in 2019 as a Senior Manager Client Office Strategy. In this role, they were involved in corporate development, business analytics, and client office operations. Viktoria then transitioned to the role of Project Manager, where they focused on strategy and client-facing units. Viktoria was responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects with high strategic relevance, as well as stakeholder management. Some of the projects they undertook included organizational development, location expansion, and planning and reporting. Before joining Smarter Ecommerce, they worked at Peek & Cloppenburg Österreich from 2014 to 2019. Viktoria held the positions of Abteilungsleiterin / Geschäftsleitervertretung, where they led a department, analyzed sales performance, managed personnel, and coordinated with central procurement. Viktoria also served as a deputy department manager and started their career there as a dual bachelor student.

Viktoria Födermayr began their education in 2014 when they enrolled at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Viktoria pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and completed their studies in 2017.

In 2019, they continued their education at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, where they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Operations Management. Viktoria completed their master's degree in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Viktoria Födermayr obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. In December 2019, they became a Lean Management & Kaizen Practitioner through the COMPLAVIS® Academy. In October 2020, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the same institution. Most recently, in November 2021, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
