Tin Palomo

Anna Kristinna Palomo, LMSW has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Anna Kristinna is currently the Vice President of Development at Smarter Good, Inc., where they lead a team that works with clients globally on diverse social issues such as education, workforce development, design and technology for social impact, and more. Prior to that, they served as the Development Director at the same company. Palomo has also worked as a Professor of Social Work at the University of the Philippines, where they taught courses on social work and served as an advisor for field instruction. Additionally, they worked as a Global Integrated Public Service Partnership Consultant at ABS-CBN Corporation, where they were responsible for developing fundraising strategies and managing crisis intervention and disaster relief operations. Anna Kristinna also served as a TVET Project Assistant at the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc., providing general management support and working on a CSR project for vocational education. Palomo worked as a Resource Mobilization Specialist for ADB's Bayanijuan Project with ABS-CBN Foundation, overseeing donor and media relations and identifying new funding sources. Anna Kristinna also has experience in the healthcare sector, having worked as a Clinical Quality HEDIS Behavioral Health Manager at Healthfirst and as a Director of Programs/Social Worker at the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens. Palomo began their career as a Social Worker at FEGS, where they assisted clients with mental illness in transitioning back to the community. Overall, Palomo has a wealth of experience in leadership, social work, education, fundraising, and project management.

Anna Kristinna Palomo, LMSW holds a Masters of Social Work degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University. Anna Kristinna also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Social Development from the University of the Philippines. Anna is also a Licensed Master Social Worker certified in the state of New York.
