Ritesh Jha

Ritesh Jha began their work experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing product specifications and coordinating with team members to meet daily goals. Ritesh also monitored and analyzed failed jobs and applied fixes.

In 2010, Ritesh joined NOL as an Analyst Intern for a brief period of time.

Ritesh then became a Teaching Assistant at NUS School of Computing in 2010, where they conducted programming tutorials and labs, prepared course material, and examined students.

In 2011, Ritesh joined Titansoft Pte Ltd as a Research Engineer, focusing on web application development using .Net technology. Ritesh provided technology solutions, developed systems, and optimized business processes.

Ritesh then joined RedMart in 2013 as a Senior Engineer, where they contributed to the core platform development for the Redmart marketplace business. Ritesh also worked on innovative applications used by various teams within the company.

From 2019 to the present, Ritesh has been working at Smarter Health Pte Ltd. Ritesh started as a Lead Software Engineer and progressed to roles such as Engineering Manager and currently holds the position of Head Of Engineering. Ritesh Jha completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Computing from the National University of Singapore from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Ritesh obtained certifications in R Programming from Coursera in March 2015, and in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in December 2014.
