Jessica Miller is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Learning at SmarterX since May 2025, Jessica previously held the position of Director of Brand & Digital Marketing at Vitamix. From February 2021 to April 2023, Jessica served as Marketing Director, Commerce & Customer Experience at Sherwin-Williams, and spent a decade at PR 20/20, where responsibilities included Vice President and Managing Director as well as Vice President of Services. Jessica has demonstrated expertise in client strategy, brand management, and digital transformation, supported by a solid educational background, including an ongoing MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a BS in Journalism, Public Relations from Ohio University.
