Nicole Adams Kraus

Nicole Adams Kraus has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Their current role is as the Chief Talent Officer at SmarterX, where they are responsible for building a people-first data company focused on the circular economy. Prior to this, they worked at Heidrick & Struggles as a Principal and Americas Practice Lead, where they focused on executive education and consulting engagements, including talent strategy and leadership development. Nicole also worked as a Principal at Decision Strategies International, Inc., where they played a key role in driving the company's success. Nicole was also part of the core start-up team at Wireless Generation (now Amplify) where they served as an Executive Director and led product development and sales operations. Additionally, they held positions as a Director of Product Development at Wireless Generation and as a Freelance Consultant, working on customer strategy and product development in technology companies. Nicole started their career as an Engagement Manager at Creative Good and as a Consultant at Monitor Group. Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategy, innovation, critical thinking, and team development.

Nicole Adams Kraus completed their elementary education from the American School of Milan between 1980 and 1984. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and French from the University of Michigan from 1990 to 1994. Later, Nicole attended Columbia Business School, where they obtained their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) during the academic year 1999-2000.
