Jeff Foote

Jeff Foote is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit and underwriting roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Division Credit Officer at SmartBank since January 2023, Jeff previously held the position of Vice President, Portfolio Manager/Commercial Underwriter at PNC from October 2021 to January 2023. Additionally, Jeff spent nearly 17 years at BBVA in the USA, where responsibilities included Vice President positions in Retail Business Banking and the Forbearance Group, as well as a Senior Underwriter role in the Business Loan Center. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Alabama, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and attended Arizona Western Community College from 1991 to 1993.
