Shashi T.

Shashi T. is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at both Convergenz and SMARTFOX since May 2022, Shashi is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process across various management levels, with expertise in recruiting candidates on W2, C2C, and Individual C2C arrangements. Prior to this, Shashi worked at IMS People Possible from January 2018 to May 2022, initially as a Senior Technical Recruiter and later as a Recruiting Team Lead, where responsibilities included mentoring a team, collaborating with delivery teams to meet workforce needs, and managing the internal recruitment process. Shashi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from RK University, completed in 2016.
