Salma Pri Widyastuti

Salma Pri Widyastuti is currently a Management Trainee at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk as part of the STAR Program, starting in July 2024. Previously, Salma worked at PT. MRT Jakarta from August 2023 to June 2024 in Railway System Integration and Signaling Maintenance, handling administrative tasks, planning internal training, and supporting maintenance. Earlier experiences include a virtual internship in Quality Assurance at Evermos, where Salma gained skills in load testing and API integration. Additionally, Salma served as a Practicum Assistant and Researcher in the Antenna Laboratory at Telkom University from October 2019 to August 2022, focusing on antenna theory and design. Internships at Rastek.ID and Telkom Indonesia provided further exposure to fiber optic monitoring and assurance divisions. Salma holds a Bachelor's degree in Teknik Telekomunikasi from Telkom University, completed in August 2022.
