Prosper Dzidzienyo is a seasoned professional with experience in the education and energy sectors. As the Co-founder and COO of Smartix Education since October 2018, Prosper has been instrumental in developing innovative learning applications that facilitate connections among students, teachers, schools, and parents. Previously, Prosper served as Technical Director at Innovative Hydrogen Aspirations Systems from May 2018 to December 2021, overseeing significant projects including a solar farm in Mozambique and hydrogen initiatives in Ghana and Nova Scotia. With a foundation in chemical engineering, Prosper began as a Research Assistant at Masdar Institute of Science and Technology and later contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Kwame Nkrumah' University of Science and Technology. Prosper holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Khalifa University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Kwame Nkrumah' University of Science and Technology.

Smartix Education
Smartix Education is an Education Startup Company focused on transforming education in Ghana, Africa and the world at large. Smartix Education are the makers of two interconnected apps: The Teleplay app and the Teleplay Teacher's app. Education has changed to keep up with 21st-century needs. However, many African teachers need to be equipped to teach new and different topics and to support different kinds of learners. Other systematic issues, such as large class sizes, mean that teachers spend much of their time grading at the expense of research to improve instruction and making sense of student data to track individual student performance and offer targeted support. Teleplay is a tool that supports teachers to improve their teaching and pedagogical practices in lesson delivery, assessment and performance monitoring whilst encouraging creativity and critical thinking.
