Kelly eventually became a Customer Success Manager at WriterAccess, where they managed the customer success and sales teams, handled high volume and complex content creation projects, and contributed to the company's vision by developing and implementing new initiatives.

Since 2021, Kelly has been working as a Customer Success Manager at Smartling.
