Jason Harms

Jason Harms is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, financial advising, education, and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Councilmember for the Queen Anne's County Broadband Advisory Council since March 2021 and a Project Manager at Smartlink Group since April 2020, Jason oversees project coordination and development for various telecommunications initiatives. Previous roles include Fiber Optics Specialist at Verizon, Senior Financial Advisor at The Harms Agency, and Site Acquisition Manager at SCE Engineering, among others. Jason holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration in Management and Leadership from Liberty University, and various certifications in project management and business.
