Barbara Marshall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Barbara Marshall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources. Barbara began their career in 2000 as an HR Manager at YellowBrick Solutions, where they recruited and interviewed for IT positions and created and implemented HR policies and procedures. In 2001, they moved to ValueOptions as the Director of Human Resources, where they provided human resources support for the Public Sector Division and the local North Carolina Service Center. In 2013, they became the Manager of Human Resources Business Partner at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare Solutions, where they served as a strategic partner providing operational and consultative HR support. In 2017, they joined Smartlink Health Solutions as the Director of Human Resources and Administration. In 2019, they moved to Atlantic Medical Management/Jacksonville Children's and Multispeciality Clinic as the Director of Human Resources.

Barbara Marshall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a BS in Business Administration from South Carolina State University and attended Orangeburg-Wilkinson High. Barbara obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2001 and their SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015.
