Marshall Dobbs

Marshall Dobbs has extensive work experience in healthcare product management. Marshall currently serves as the Director of Product Management at SmartLinx. Prior to this, they worked at Paycom where they held various roles including Manager of Product Management, Product Management Team Leader, and Product Manager. Marshall also has experience as the Director of Product Management at Transaction Data Systems and Computer-Rx. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Manager and Fitness Specialist at Compass Professional Health Services and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center respectively. Marshall also worked as a Health Policy Analyst at the Oklahoma State Department of Health. Marshall holds an MPH degree and certifications including CSPO, CSM, and PSPO.

Marshall Dobbs holds a Master's degree obtained from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where they studied Healthcare Administration, Health Policy, and Public Health from the years 2010 to 2012. Marshall also has a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Marshall holds several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
