Dominik Mokrosz

Dominik Mokrosz is an experienced professional in product management and digital solutions, currently serving as Head of Product and Product Owner at SmartLunch since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dominik worked as IT Product Owner at AmRest from November 2020 to July 2022, overseeing web and mobile application development for KFC across Central and Eastern Europe and providing IT consulting for Pizza Hut and Burger King. Earlier experience includes roles as Digital Manager and Account Executive at Kadromierz, and a Leasing Advisor at Alior Leasing Sp. z o.o. Dominik's career began in film lighting and sports instruction, demonstrating a diverse skill set. Education was completed at Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania "COPERNICUS"​ with a degree in Computer Science obtained in 2021.
