What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a Business Project Manager to lead dynamic cross-functional teams to ensure that all areas of the business are aligned and prepared to support change.  The role is focussed on delivering impactful customer and business focussed solutions to ensuring every aspect of the customer journey has been considered, and that each area of the business understands and fulfils their role in successfully delivering the project.

  

What does the job involve?

  • Lead and manage business change and transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and implement change management plans to embed changes into business operations.

  • Oversee business projects, ensuring alignment of departments and successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes to scope or resources.

  • Collaborate with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing business transformation projects
  • Proven ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and track performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder and team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an empathetic and open approach to collaboration.
  • Adaptability and resilience under pressure.
