What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Business Project Manager to lead dynamic cross-functional teams to ensure that all areas of the business are aligned and prepared to support change. The role is focussed on delivering impactful customer and business focussed solutions to ensuring every aspect of the customer journey has been considered, and that each area of the business understands and fulfils their role in successfully delivering the project.
What does the job involve?
Lead and manage business change and transformation initiatives.
Develop and implement change management plans to embed changes into business operations.
Oversee business projects, ensuring alignment of departments and successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes to scope or resources.
Collaborate with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
