What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Communications team based in Lower Hutt.  

If you’re a detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for clear communication, content management, and a proactive approach to solving marketing challenges, we want to hear from you! 

Knowledge of payroll or HR practices would be an advantage, but not essential. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Execute marketing communication campaigns, including direct marketing and event follow-ups

  • Manage and maintain our Knowledge Hub and Help Centre content, ensuring it's always accurate, clear, and up-to-date

  • Write campaign briefs, develop copy, and manage project timelines

  • Work closely with Customer Support to identify and fill content gaps

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create in-product prompts that drive user engagement

  • Maintain relationships with external marketing suppliers and internal stakeholders

What you’ll bring 

  • A "learn it all" mentality with enthusiasm for new technologies

  • Comfort with using AI and marketing tools such as Camtasia & Canva

  • Strong attention to detail – excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Data-informed approach to decision making

  • Natural curiosity and drive for results

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Marketing degree or relevant qualification (desirable)

  • Experience in marketing is preferred but not essential

  • Understanding of direct and digital marketing (desirable)
