What we’re looking for
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Marketer with a proven track record in B2B marketing. You’ll have the ability to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer engagement. You’ll be a pro at teasing out data-driven insights, using these to execute campaigns and craft compelling content supports overall business growth.
If you’re a strategic thinker with exceptional copywriting skills, experience in CRO, and a proactive approach to solving marketing challenges, we want to hear from you!
Knowledge of payroll or HR practices would be an advantage, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a range of campaigns to Smartly’s key target audiences to deliver customer growth
Develop and maintain content for use across Smartly’s key channels, optimizing for relevant engagement, SEO and lead generation
Execute, measure and optimise Smartly’s acquisition activity across various channels.
Contribute to delivery of the annual marketing plan on time and to budget, including managing invoices in a timely manner.
Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) projects across all growth channels
Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to deliver to the overall annual business plan.
Contribute to, or lead projects as required by the Head of Marketing and Growth or Marketing Communications Manager.
