Ella Obreja

Ella Obreja is an experienced leader in data, product development, and customer experience within the technology sector. Currently serving as Head of Data and AI at Smartly, Ella has previously held significant roles at Datacom as Associate Director and Head of Product, as well as at Paymark as Head of Data & Customer Experience. Additional roles include Head of R&D at HealthLink and Head of Product at Lightbox. Ella has also made substantial contributions at Spark New Zealand, managing multiple product portfolios and leading strategic initiatives that focused on product transformation and service-oriented models. Education includes a Growth Engineering certification from Reforge and a BA in Romanian/Dutch Literature from the University of Bucharest.
