Noora Honkaniemi

Noora Honkaniemi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and industries. Noora began their career at Elisa as a Sales Negotiator before joining If P&C Insurance as a Customer Service Advisor and later working as a Claims Handler. Noora then moved on to Dingle, where they excelled as a Digital Media Planner and later became a Social Media Consultant, specializing in social media advertising and comprehensive social media solutions. Currently, Noora is employed at Smartly.io, where they have held various roles including Paid Media Manager, Customer Success Manager, Senior Sales Engineer, Senior Customer Success Manager, Global Account Lead, Managed Service Lead, and most recently, Head of Customer Onboarding. Throughout their tenure at Smartly.io, Noora has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving team growth, increasing revenue, and fostering collaboration across departments. Noora has also successfully organized and executed high-impact customer events and implemented streamlined processes to support Sales and Customer Success.

Noora Honkaniemi completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Media at Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they also attended Univerza v Mariboru, where they studied International Media for a brief period. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Media Management at the University of Tampere 1925-2018.
