Gatis Urtans

Gatis Urtans is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Crew Resources Analyst and Planner at SmartLynx Airlines Ltd since March 2022. Previously, Gatis held the position of Senior Cabin Attendant and Technical Team Observer at Wizzair Ltd from May 2017 to November 2021, and served as a Senior Passenger Service Agent at HAVAS Europe from January 2010 to November 2012. Gatis has a strong background in flight handling, data analysis, scheduling, and passenger services, including participating in nonstandard situations and quality standard development. Gatis obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Affairs from Latvijas Universitate in 2010 and a Certificate of Attendance in Introduction to Software Testing in 2021.
