Laura Petrovska

Laura Petrovska has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the airline industry. From 2014 to 2021, they worked for SmartLynx Airlines Ltd, starting as a Crew Travel Specialist and progressing to roles such as Crew Planning Specialist, Crew Planning Supervisor, Operational Excellence Officer, and eventually Crew Resource Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing crew scheduling, training, compliance, and operational efficiency for multiple aircraft and crew members. Laura also led projects to streamline operations and enhance communication. In 2022, Laura Petrovska joined SmartLynx Airlines Ltd again, this time taking on the positions of Operations Business Analyst & Project Manager, Operational Excellence Lead for Crewing Departments, and currently, Head of Production Data Analytics and Integration. In these roles, they have focused on data analytics, project management, and continuous improvement to drive strategic crew planning, enhance decision-making capabilities, and align operational approaches. Before their time at SmartLynx Airlines Ltd, Laura Petrovska worked at airBaltic, where they served as a Customer Relations Representative and later as a Senior Cabin Crew member. In these roles, they demonstrated strong communication skills and effective handling of inquiries and complaints.

Laura Petrovska has a diverse education history. Laura obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Riga Business School, which they attended from 2021 to 2024. Prior to their MBA, Laura completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government from Latvijas Universitate, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Laura'ssecondary education was completed at Riga Secondary School No. 64 from 1995 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Laura has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas.
