Chandler Molina

Chandler Molina is an experienced legal professional with over three decades in the field. Currently serving as Director Legal at Smartmatic Panama since March 2008, Chandler specializes in providing legal advice across multiple areas with a focus on commercial matters, managing teams across various jurisdictions and complex international corporate structures. Prior to this role, Chandler was Gerente Legal at CANTV from January 2000 to February 2008, overseeing national and international business legalities, telecommunications network interconnections, and supplier contracts. Earlier experience includes work as an attorney in the legal department of PDVSA Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. from March 1990 to December 1999, focusing on international business, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Chandler holds a law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela, earned between 1985 and 1990.
