Alastair Jackson has extensive work experience, starting in 2007 as a Project Management Assistant at Unilever. Alastair then moved on to work at Smartnumbers, where they held various roles. Alastair began as an iNMC Technical Support in June 2010, eventually transitioning to become a NOC Manager in January 2011. In January 2014, they were promoted to Head of Platform Support and then to Chief Operating Officer in August 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Business Development Officer at Smartnumbers, starting in January 2021.

Alastair Jackson attended Runshaw College from 2004 to 2006, and Sheffield Hallam University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a BSc in Computer and Network Engineering.
