John Byron is an accomplished professional in the field of partnerships and alliances within the contact center and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Partners and Alliances at Smartnumbers since July 2023, John is focused on fraud prevention in cloud-hosted environments. Prior to this role, John held senior positions at NICE Ltd as Head of Enterprise Channel for the UK, Ireland, and South Africa, and at Talkdesk as Regional Partner Manager for EMEA, where efforts centered on digital transformation and channel development. With extensive experience managing strategic partnerships at Cyara and serving as Channel Director at Enghouse Interactive, John has a proven track record in enhancing partner revenue and business development strategies across various prominent companies such as ShoreTel, Panasonic Communications, Westcon Convergence, and Cisco.
