Judy Lam

Judy Lam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, operations, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Marketing & Product Director at SmarTone since May 2023, Judy has previously held several senior roles at K11 Concepts Limited, including Vice President of Operations, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager. At New World Development Company Limited, Judy advanced from Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy to General Manager of Customer Relationship Management. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Standard Chartered Bank and a role as Program Manager at Junior Achievement Hong Kong. Judy began their career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from INSEAD.
