Jakub MacHoń

Jakub Machoń has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Jakub is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at smartpatient, where they focus on managing the team responsible for building the MyTherapy app. Jakub is also responsible for ensuring engineering maturity by implementing efficient tools and processes. Prior to this role, they worked as an iOS Guild Lead at smartpatient from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, Jakub has worked as a Freelancer since 2006, specializing in projects for the Apple ecosystem. Their skills also include working with mobile apps, web development, and various technologies such as Java EE, Python, and PHP. Jakub previously held the position of iOS/Android Programmer at Mindpower Sp. z o.o. and worked as an IT Consultant at Scapaflow Consulting. Jakub started their career at MicroStrategy as a Senior Associate Consultant.

From 2006 to 2012, Jakub Machoń attended Warsaw University of Technology. During this time, they pursued a degree in Informatyka, in the faculty of WEiTI. Jakub successfully completed their studies and received a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree.
