Jacob Rajesh Issac (PMP®, DASM®)

Jacob Rajesh Issac has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering field. Jacob Rajesh is currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Antares Vision Group | Life Science. Previously, they held the position of Head of Engineering at SmartPoint Technologies Private Limited, where they showcased their leadership skills. Jacob Rajesh also served as a Project Lead at the same company for several years. Prior to that, Jacob worked as a Project Leader at ANADOCS IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, gaining valuable experience in managing projects. Jacob Rajesh started their career as a Team Lead at BOSCO ITS in 2003. Overall, Jacob has a strong track record of delivering successful projects and leading engineering teams.

Jacob Rajesh Issac has a diverse education history in the field of computer science. Jacob Rajesh obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Bosco Institute of Information Technology, Yellagiri, from 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2004 and 2006. Jacob Rajesh also holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications from the same university, completed from 2001 to 2003.

Prior to their higher education, Jacob attended Don Bosco Higher Secondary School in Gandhi Nagar, Vellore, from 1993 to 2000, where they focused on Computer Science. Jacob Rajesh also attended St. Antony's Primary School in Ayandur from 1989 to 1993, where they studied a variety of subjects including Language, Maths, Science, and Social Science.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jacob has attained several certifications. Jacob Rajesh earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2014. In November 2016, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster designation from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in April 2023, they completed the Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master certification, also awarded by the Project Management Institute.
